		<description>My mix after chilling came out very moist. I added a little more peppers, onions and celery than called for but i adjusted the amount of bread crumbs. I also dipped them in panko before frying and these were by far the best crab cakes ever and I know my crab cakes!!!!! Hats off to you Ina. I also love your company pot roast, Tuscan lemon chicken, and my daughters adore the sole meuniere. There is nothing I haven't enjoyed. You make cooking not only easy but really, really YUMMY!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!</description>

		<description>I have spent several years in AA county and have eaten at Cantlers many time.  My question, do you ship steamed craps?  I live in Alabama. Crabs could be shipped from BWI to Huntsville IAP.  I woudl like to get a bushel by the end of May.  My daughter misses the blue shell crabs more then the rest of the family.  My contacts who use your facility are the Sabo's and the Eads who live in Severna Park and Cape St Claire.  Thanks, let me know what the cost would be for a bushel.

We order crabcakes from Timbuktu and have them shipped here to NC, so we know how wonderful they are and what they look like!  The recipe calls for sauteeing them in butter, but I'm trying to cook them like we cook the crabcakes from Timbuktu.  They look a lot like Timbuktu's cakes, but they are not out of the oven yet.  They look promising!  I highly recommend this cookbook to you!</description>
